个人简历

     1996.09--2000.07 河南师范大学生命科学学院,获理学学士学位,生物学专业。

     2000.09--2005.09 中国科学院遗传与发育生物学研究所发育生物学中心,硕博连读,从事植物遗传与发育研究,获理学博士学位,发育生物学专业。

     2005.10--2008.02 美国University of California San Francisco, Department of Microbiology & Immunology, 博士后,从事蛋白质降解的机制研究。

     2008.03--至今 中国科学院成都生物研究所天然产物中心,从事化学生物学研究,副研究员(2008),研究员(2013),副主任(2014

     2018.02--至今 中国人民政治协商会议成都市第十五届委员会 常务委员 

研究方向

     采用化学生物学的原理与方法,发现调控干扰素激活的JAK/STAT信号通路,雌激素的生物合成和代谢,RNAi信号通路和蛋白质泛素降解信号通路的天然产物化学小分子,研究其构效关系,以活性小分子为探针研究其作用机制,以期发现新的信号调控机制以及具有诊疗作用的药物前体;

     探索新型蛋白质标记体系,实时动态的研究细胞膜受体在天然配体和化学小分子作用下的变化,以发现细胞膜受体的新的作用机制; 

     以骨质疏松为模型,研究中药治疗骨质疏松的物质基础和作用机制。
