个人简历

      潘开文男,博士。研究员、博士生导师。1991年,获得四川农业大学林学系林学专业学士学位;1994年,获得四川农业大学林学园艺学院造林学专业硕士学位;1997年,获得中国科学院沈阳应用生态研究所生态学专业博士学位。2003-2004年期间,在澳大利亚Griffith大学做高级访问学者,主要做森林可持续经营与管理研究。2005年在日本横滨国立大学做高级访问学者,主要做植被生态学研究。历任中国科学院成都生物研究所生态中心副主任、支部书记、主任,曾任中国植物保护学会植物化感专业委员会副主任、四川省生态学会秘书长、四川省地理学会常务理事、四川省林学会理事、四川省环境科学学会生态专业委员会副主任。现为中国科学院成都生物研究所学位委员会委员,生态过程与生物多样性研究学科团组首席科学家,《生态环境学报》、《中国城市林业》和《Agricultural Science》等杂志编委,《Frontiers in Plant Science》期刊农业生态和土地利用系统领域副编辑,中国生态学会理事、四川省生态旅游协会副理事长。主持并完成20余项课题/专题,发表学术论著100多篇,部分论文得到Nature, PNAS等国际顶级学术期刊的引用;获省部级科技成果二等奖2项,获四川省有突出贡献的优秀专家、四川省学术技术带头人、国务院政府特殊津贴等荣誉或称号。培养研究生40人,其中,外国博士生7名。  

研究方向

      主要从事森林生态学、土壤生态学、恢复生态学、植物生理生态学以及生物多样性保护、生态规划、生态系统服务功能及生态安全评价等学科领域的理论与技术研究。近期具体研究方向如下: 

      1)土壤动物多样性研究   

      主要研究西南地区森林、农田土壤大型动物、线虫、弹尾目、蜱螨等土壤食物网中重要功能群的动态特征及其与环境因子间的耦合关系,探索其大尺度空间分布格局;分析地下营养级联关系,构建土壤食物网,探讨人为活动和气候变化背景下地下食物网与地上植物功能群的互作效应;探讨土壤生物的生态功能。  

      2)土壤物质循环过程和生态服务功能提升技术研究    

      着重以西南地区山地森林、农林复合系统、火烧迹地为研究对象,探讨森林土壤碳、氮、磷等元素的循环过程及其对全球变化和人为调控的响应,揭示土壤动物、微生物和酶的生物学作用机制;开展植物抗逆生理、森林经营、作物栽培、作物水肥管理以及森林涵养水源、保持水土等方面的研究,提高生态系统生态服务功能和系统综合效益。 

      3)生态系统和生物多样性的空间分布格局研究   

      开展西南山地典型植物群落调查,利用遥感、地理信息系统等手段,结合地统计学方法,探讨西南地区典型建群植物、珍稀植物和生态系统的空间分布格局,揭示其空间分异规律,结合孢粉学、古气候、植物系统演化等研究成果,讨论其形成机制,辨识热点区域,提出保护、调控措施和政策建议。 

      4)大型工程创面生态修复技术研究   

      针对西南高山峡谷、干旱河谷、高海拔区等生态脆弱区大型工程建设中产生的生态创面生态修复难题,以水电站、道路建设、矿山开采、铁路高速公路等大型工程创面作为研究对象,开展适生植物筛选、繁育,土壤立地水肥条件改善,植物群落构建及后期综合管理措施研究,研发西南地区大型工程创面生态修复技术体系。 

      5)区域生态规划和保护研究   

      应用植物学、生态学、自然地理学、景观生态学、地理信息系统等知识,开展西南地区陆生生态系统调查评估、生态文明建设规划、自然保护区规划、生态红线勘界定标、生态服务功能评估、生态安全格局优化、生态补偿等方面的研究,为区域生态文明建设提供依据。
