个人简历

      李香真, 研究员,曾经在中国农业大学和中国科学院植物研究所工作学习多年,从事土壤生态学和植物生态学方面的教学和科研工作。 

      2004.12获得德国康斯坦斯大学生物系博士学位(微生物学),研究昆虫肠道内有机物质的转化及微生物学过程。 

      2005.4--2009.5  在美国俄克拉荷马大学植物和微生物学系作博士后,研究脱硫弧菌氢气代谢的途径。 

      2009.5--2011.5.  在美国伊利诺伊大学香槟分校土木与环境工程系作博士后,主要利用环境基因组技术研究废水处理过程中微生物的代谢途径和微生物间的相互作用。 

      2009.5--2011.11,在伊利诺伊大学生物能源研究所工作,主要利用高通量测序技术和稳定性同位素标记技术研究能源植物(芒草、玉米、柳枝稷)根际微生物群落的结构和功能。 

      2011到成都生物所工作。 

      主要从事微生物生理生态学、厌氧微生物生理学、环境基因组学和土壤生物学方面的研究发表论文60余篇,其中SCI 论文30余篇

研究方向

      1)利用环境基因组和转录组技术研究生物质厌氧发酵过程中微生物群落的结构、功能和相互作用; 

      2)利用高通量测序技术研究自然生态系统中微生物多样性,尤其是土壤微生物生态方面的工作 

      3)脱硫弧菌氢气代谢、互营代谢的生物化学机制
