2005-2010年中国科学院研究生院获得博士学位(硕博),其中2006-2009年中科院遗传与发育生物学研究所植物细胞与染色体工程国家重点实验室客座,2010年-2012年在中科院成都生物研究所进行博士后研究,2012年加入中国科学院成都生物研究所工作。
主要研究方向是小麦基因组学、分子遗传学和育种,利用遗传学和基因组学手段解析小麦抗病性和重要农艺性状形成的遗传学基础,发掘小麦亲缘种,地方品种和育成品种中抗病基因和重要农艺性状基因/QTL及其优异等位变异,进行种质创新和新品种培育。
1.小麦抗病基因发掘、精细定位和图位克隆
小麦条锈病是严重危害小麦生产的重要病害。课题组广泛收集了国内外的小麦野生种、地方品种和育成品种,进行了系统的抗病性鉴定和遗传分析,综合利用比较基因组学,高通量SNP分析和下一代测序手段对抗病基因进行精细定位和图位克隆。解析小麦对条锈菌病害的抗性遗传和分子机理,研究小麦抗病基因的遗传进化和变异机制,开发抗病基因功能标记应用于小麦分子育种。
2.小麦重要农艺性状基因/QTL定位、精细定位和图位克隆
小麦产量构成因素、株型(株高、叶片形态、茎杆质地等)和品质(加工和营养品质)是影响小麦生产的重要农艺性状。课题组以小麦遗传群体和自然群体为材料,利用高通量SNP分析和下一代测序技术进行遗传作图,对控制重要农艺性状的基因/QTL进行定位、精细定位和图位克隆,应用于小麦的遗传改良和分子育种。
3.小麦种质创新和新品种培育
综合利用常规育种和分子育种技术手段,创制和培育适于我国西南麦区的高产、抗病、优质种质资源和新品种。
